Can I choose the model?
Our rental system allows you to state your preference within the same group or category, the actual rental car, however, is subject to availability. In case of lack of availability at the time of pick up, we reserve the right to change it for another. If there is none available in the same category, we will substitute the vehicle with one of a superior category without further cost.

Notwithstanding, we will try our best to satisfy your needs. Do not hesitate to contact us should you wish to inform us about your preferences.

Why should I present the credit card?
Unfortunately, credit card fraud is frequent. This measure of presenting the actual credit card to cover any additional fees, permits us to avoid fraud and allows us to keep our prices low and competetive

Do cancellations constitute a charge?
Not if realised with 24 hour anticipation. Notwithstanding, we ask you tol et us know as soon as posible to be able to optimize our fleet and offer the best service and price

I have not received the confirmation e-mail. What should I do?
If it is more than 24 hours since you booked your rental car, our reply  probably has been blocked by your anti spam-filter and ended up in your spam box. Please make sure that mails from our addresses “cruzaltarentacar.com” and “info@cruzaltarentacar.com” are not blocked. If you cannot find it, please contact us as soon as possible at info@cruzaltarentacar.com or pone us at +34 922 550 349 / 922 550 004.
